Default Wired set vs set?

Question: What are the percentages, heads up, to win, for (A-A) A vs. (5-5) 5... eight or better?

Also, what are the odds of getting a low (ie. four consecutive, non pairing low cards) when dealt low trips?

Finally, when dealt three good low cards, say (A-5) 6, what are odds of completing low? Also, heads up, what are odds of beating say (A-A) 3?

Also, where is a good place to find such info?

Thanks.

Manku

PS. My chips are tasty!

[/ QUOTE ]For this one, try putting it against an all high hand like (KK)K on twodimes and look at the low win %.

Two Dimes is a good resource for this kind of information.

For high only, AAA is a .722/.278 favorite against 555. For stud/8, the numbers change only slightly to .714/.286.

Absent any other information, if you start with one low card, the chance of making a low are (28/49) * (24/48) * (20/47) * (16/46). I make this to be about 4.2%, or 22.8:1 against. A longshot, but hardly earth-shattering.

When you have a three-card low, the odds are about 2:1 against making an Eight-low by the river. AA3 is about a .645:.355 favorite against A56.

You made the right call chopping that pre-run, even though you ended up making aces full.

By the way, do not mock my inventions, or you shall be forthwith banned from the game.
