UB sent my withdrawl to NT
UB sent my withdrawl to NT, despite me requesting a cheque in the mail. My NT account is closed, and they said they accepted the funds, despite my account being closed, so the funds would not be lost. Well, now that the funds are found, they are not being forthcoming with the money.
My NT account was closed because of P2P with US NT members. UB is taking no responsibility for misdirecting the withdrawl, although they admitted they did not follow my withdrawl instructions. Is the money gone you figure? |

Re: UB sent my withdrawl to NT
try to take it to UB management.
This is really unacceptable. They should pay you again. They should be able to work with Neteller to get the cash-out reversed. Otherwise, they should just give you the money on the condition that you return it to them if/when you get it from neteller. Yeah, I know this sounds ridiculous. But that's what they should do. |

Re: UB sent my withdrawl to NT
I blame Neteller just as much as UB. Email Neteller and ask them why they are still accepting money transfers to your account if your account is closed. Ask them why you cannot access that money, as it is yours. Tell them to send you a check. If Neteller doesn't help, contact UB and demand to be connected to a higher-up. There is no reason they cannot pull those funds back from Neteller and give them to you via another method.

Re: UB sent my withdrawl to NT
The site can reverse the payment to neteller, but they have to do it within a certain time.
Stay on them...time is ticking |

Re: UB sent my withdrawl to NT
NT customer services regretted he couldn't open my account. UB said they contacted NT, and NT told them I'm to contact them. They are pointing fingers at each other.

NT customer services regretted he couldn't open my account. [/ QUOTE ] You don't need them to open your account, just to send you a check for your balance. Certainly, they should be willing to do that. It is your money. Ask them if they intend to pocket the funds in your account. Assuming they say no, ask them when you should expect to receive a check. |

Re: UB sent my withdrawl to NT
Wow this is really disturbing. If you requested a check then UB should take responsibility for this and send you the damn money. How does this even happen?
