You guys realize that place is stupid expensive for Vegas. Like twice the price or more of a comparable place in another nice area of Vegas (Summerlin or Henderson). The strip is a crappy neighborhood if you ever leave your condo. You are paying for a nice place on the strip (because near the strip itself isn't expensive) and a high-rise view.

Seems like a big waste to me =\. Pay $600 each and get the same thing in Summerlin.

I have been told by people in the know that June/July is expected to be a very magical time in Vegas for people looking to buy up amazing deals from foreclosures and failed flippers. And it might get even better after that.
