Default Your First 100 Hours

Newt had his contract, Pelosi just finished her first 100 hours, Barack says he'd push for universal health care (from a couple threads down).

You just took a slim majority in the US congress and you have enough political capital to push 3 usually controversial policies. These policies will be things that will move the country in the right direction, whatever your view of the right direction happens to be (conservative, liberal, ACist, Neo-Whig, whatever). These policies aren't vague like "decentralize the federal government", they're the most important initial things you think would help get the power decentralized.

What are the three issues you push in your first 100 hours?

1. Stop violating the US Constitution.
2. Stop violating the US Constitution.
3. Stop violating the US Constitution.

This alone will reduce the size of government by at least 90%.

-Eliminate all trade barriers/subsidies.
-Establish temporary support program for jobs lost to foreign competition.
-Eliminate taxation of dividends, increase tax rates on income over 100k to make it revenue-neutral.

Any specifically egregious constitution violations sticking in your craw?

-Universal Health Care for every American in need
-Index Minimum Wage to Inflation
-Reform The Voting system (Paper Trails, same system being used everywhere, Checks and Balances, Perhaps look into Popular Vote format vs. Electoral College etc.)

Yeah, but the specifics are not as important to me as my overall desire to have a legitimate lawful constitutional government.

And of course I can see posts already in this thread advocating the government do even more things that the constitution doesn't authorize.
