Betting 33 vs 2 on the turn.
Limper seems like he's tight, that's about all I know. The BB seems a little bit on the crazy side but I don't have a line on him post-flop, I just know that he's not passive.

Yes but bet the flop. Also your cards don't matter for the turn bet. You could just show the preflop and flop action and I'd say to bet the turn 100% of the time.

yep bet here, there are two reasons the 1st being the obvious & the 2nd it may look like you tried to slowplay the flop but missed. Like miles said you can pretty much donk any hand here.

I think you should raise preflop unless the BB never folds then c-bet flop. If BB never folds you should just call but then lead flop with what is likely the best hand. Given the action here you absolutely should bet the turn.
