Re: $11+1 Turbo line check
fps, you're giving your opponents too much credit, you need to bet the turn for value and any bet comits you so just shove. You only have TPTK! They call with all kinds of crap at this level aswell

Re: $11+1 Turbo line check
on a flop like that, with 2 calls, is a c-bet standard? What if you're first to act with that flop, do you still bet with 2 people to act behind you? Do u check if a jack or king hits on the flop? Say a king hits but you're in last position and its checked to you, do you bet it? sorry bout all the questions, just curious, i feel my game is weak in 3 handed pots after i am the inital raiser.

Re: $11+1 Turbo line check
Preflop looks good. I raise 150, personal preference.
I don't think I'd c-bet this flop. I really don't think c-betting is profitable in an $11 SNG versus two opponents without any sort of reads or the button, no matter how nonthreatening the board is. I'm sure many would disagree, which certainly has merit. Fact of the matter is you routinely get called here by small PP's, overs, and mutant tens. Doesn't matter, because unless you catch on the turn, you have to shutdown. TURN: No reason to check, just set him in or bet less if you think its more likely to get him in. He only has roughly a PSB left and you have TPTK, AKA "the nuts" in an $11. I'm only c/r'ing here with a sick read. RIVER: I don't like this bet and don't understand its point. I dare suggest you formulated your reasoning after conducting your action, because your posts imply you are far more rational than this thinking would demonstrate. |

Re: $11+1 Turbo line check
I would bet t150 Pre Flop here.
I am not c-betting into 2 callers here. As played you have too leaed this turn. Villian has not shown any strength thus far in the hand so I would think he was most likely going to check behind. Had he re-rasied at any point or you had a good read from playing him before then maybe but readless I lead here 100% of the time. Inducing a bluff on the river does not work in $11 and you do that by checking not leading. I would check call a reasonable bet on the river or make a 200-300 block bet. I do not like calling this river without a read. He re-raised for the first time when a king hit the board so He at least beats that and He is not bluffing as he would have tried that after your turn check. |
