Re: Dungeon 2 (GAME THREAD)
very simple thought process... i think the druid is probably the second worst character to have the vampire kill because invisibility allows a really sweet fake seer.

[/ QUOTE ] Add that into my "fancy play" concept I posted last night, and you get invisibility + rune.. everyone takes damage except the wolf |

Re: Dungeon 2 (GAME THREAD)

thx at traz for improving my wolf game, helped lot. You can remove the "I assume" from the tell list though as I will say this no matter what my role is. "I assume" and "I guess" are just filler phrases I used all the time (that's what living in the US does to your English :P ) [/ QUOTE ] As a wolf, you THINK that you're saying it just like you would as a villager. But really, you don't use them in the same context. The way you just randomly came out and said "I assume traz isn't the phylactery" in one useless sentence, it really is a tell. |

Re: Dungeon 2 (GAME THREAD)
I didn't really follow this game, but I remember from Dungeon 1, it's incredibly frustrating as a wolf to not be able to kill someone at night. IMO, removing the paladin completely makes this game far more balanced.

I'm considering weakening the paladin, however. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Sneak peek of next version, assuming people are interested still: Evil team consists of Evil Adventurers. Same role pool, just Evil. Evil Diviner, Mystic, or Paladin? Yep, possible. The "Conjurer" character would possibly be a unique new class based on something Durron suggested... Not sure it's completely necessary if I use evil adventurers. [/ QUOTE ] This is probably a good idea, but this game will be MUCH tougher for the villagers; there will have to be less wolves or more diviners. [/ QUOTE ] Should be close to "normal" WW with no special roles, in terms of balance. 18/6/2 (where mystic=seer, diviner=seer) would probably be pretty appropriate. [/ QUOTE ] Well, at night, the wolves are going to use their extra night attacks with much better coordination and accuracy than the villagers, so its another advantage. And, the mystic won't be nearly as powerful if the good spellcasters and bad spellcasters cast the same types of spells. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yes, but that's similar to what they did in this game anyway.. Not all wolves will have night attacks of course. [ QUOTE ] And, the mystic won't be nearly as powerful if the good spellcasters and bad spellcasters cast the same types of spells. [/ QUOTE ] Right. |

Re: Dungeon 2 (GAME THREAD)
btw I honestly thought that Nez was the most obvious villager in the game and said that because it is in character with my villager game and because I figured there was no way anyone would want to lynch him anyway. I was pleasantly surprised that somehow everyone decided he had to be a wolf because of what I said.
