Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
I am sorry that my first post is a complaint. But, I really don't know what else to do.
I deposited at TonyG poker as it was a site still open to US players, and then requested for a withdrawal. 4 days pass by,I e-mailed them with no replies. I e-mailed them asking whether they are recieving my e-mails, no reply. E-mail is the ONLY way of getting support at this site. Then I decided to try to contact them using a different e-mail address (yahoo address is registerd at their site, so I used my RR address) and a few minutes later I recieve a mail saying they recieved my mail and that I need to register at their site and then use the same address in any further inquiries. So, once I requested for my withdrawal, they are not responding to my mails from yahoo which e-mail I used when joining. Not even acknowledging recieving them. Is there anything I can do. Any help is greatly appreciated. I feel helpless. Thanks |

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
I am going on 3 weeks waiting for a reply from Tony G's poker room as well. I even contacted the skins manager and he has not replied as well.
The only reply i was able to receive was when i used a second email address and asked about raising my deposit limits. That was answered in 3 days. If you want to get answers about anything else you are [censored] out of luck. |

I've made two cashouts to my Neteller account and both times the funds were recieved within an hour and a half.

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
I really hope that TonyG poker has just somehow lost your email. If that's not the case, they are a bunch of complete morons and will be out of business soon.
Try these avenues to get an answer. 1. Contact GamesGrid http://www.gamesgrid.com/contact.html. From here http://online.casinocity.com/ownersh...er.cfm?Id=6168 it looks like Games Grid, TonyG & Naked Poker are all owned by the same company called Skill Games Ltd. 2. Contact the software provider CyberArts. http://online.casinocity.com/softwar...e.cfm?Id=6250. The email address listed at the above link seems to be a direct one rather then general. 3. Contact the Maltese government where the site is regulated http://online.casinocity.com/jurisdi...tion.cfm?Id=6. This will be a very good way to light a fire under their ass if all else fails. Good luck and please let us know how it all works out. |

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
Tony G is having problems with e-mail through the webpage; be sure to send e-mail direct to support@tonygpoker.com if you haven't already.
Also, pcarsfan, if you want to PM me your Tony G username, i can get it checked and see what the deal is. I know for regular players, withdrawals are processed very fsat, but I've been told that if it's one of your first few withdrawals, they have to check hand histories etc first, and may have got delayed. But PM me your Tony G username, and I'll let you know whats up. |

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
My cash outs and things have gone really fast. They have a promo where if you bust TOny G they giv eyou $100. I have been shorted a bounty there so and they have quit answering my emails. Basically he makes the transfer form his account and he fialed to do it once. I got two in one day once and when they were answering my email they woudl point to the one I got. It is only $100, but everything I have read in this thread seems accurate (fast cashouts, but non responsive email when there is an issue).

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
Why are you guys supporting these fly-by-night sites? Is this the same arrogant Tony G we see on T.V.?
Good lord, I would NEVER play there. |

Why not? You do realize that Tony G is a very wealth and established buisnessman. I would be willing to bet that you visit some of his affiliate sites on a regular basis and dont even know it.

Re: Help!, TonyG poker is refusing to accept mails.
I'd be happy to buy the debt off you for 90 cents on the dollar.
I would have said 99, but that sounds a little arrogant. Your funds are as safe in his hands as they would be in your own. This site is part of a network, and while nothing short of divine intervention will ever make it more than a blip on the radar screen which is online poker, expect this small group to be around for a long time - and know that when comes the day they do close (if this day ever arrives) they will leave via the high road. If you wish further assurance send an email outlining your concerns to info@pokerscene.com - ATTN: Mary By the way, if other than this one snafu you liked playing there, they do have either two or three other skins; I cannot say for sure, but I doubt they object - either in word or spirit - to double-dipping as far as bonuses go. I play there a great deal and while like any business they are at this ti make money, they have always struck me as a wholly honorable bunch. P.S. The name(s) of the skins that are still allowing us to play is no secret, but having not spent much time in this forum I'm not sure what the etiquette is in regard to mentioning them by name. The initials of the one I use are G.G. :-) |
