Quick translation in case someone is interested:

"Postiosoite:" = Address
"Postinumero:" = Postalcode
"Paikkakunta:" = State
"Sähköpostiosoite" = email address

BTW, I'm not 100% sure, if the DVD is free for non-finnish people, so don't blame me if you order it and happen to receive a bill. One can always try, but I don't think it's worth it.
