well from what I understand SIA is going to continue to take US bets, however they have a major issue because they are a Playtech brand.

Playtech however has decided cut off all relations with US players.

http://today.reuters.com/news/articleinv...RE-PLAYTECH.xml

So SIA has a problem on their hands, they have to get new software and transfer all of their players from playtech to the new brand.

Try to put it in perspective, while you are all happy go lucky playing on stars depositing with neteller, business as usuall, it isn't the same for everyone else. The industry just got struck with a tidal wave. Everyone is scrambling in different directions, and you better believe there is going to be some fallout.

Dealing with affiliate programs, much less a broker, is already working on thin ice. You are only as good as what you have given them, and what they think you will continue to give them. Also when you are getting a top notch rate, which FON clearly was given he offered one of the highest payouts, you have to realize that he is even more-so under the microscope.

again just try and think about it logically for a minute, if he came back to pay out the tens of thousands of dollars in revenue to you, why would he go out of his way to lie and attempt to scam a couple hundred bucks off of a few measly signups?

FON has been lying for a long time

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...part=2&vc=1

That was over three weeks ago when FON was exposed as a lair. FON, I told you what you were in September and now everyone knows.

Best wishes to everyone else who did the SIA deal in finding reputable sites in the future.

This guy is clearly a screwball, but if we get paid on the 20th as originally promised, I will be satisfied.

Because he's a thief. He couldn't get away with stealing thousands of dollars because he's too damn stupid to pull it off, so now he's going to try to steal a few hundred and hope no one sues him. He's a liar and a thief, and using logic to analyze that kind of scumbag is pointless.

I completed the wagering requirements for Captain Cooks and submitted the credit request on September 21. I would like an explanation why it took you until October 6th, and only after I created a support ticket, to tell me that you were not going to credit my account.

I completed the signup in good faith and your promotion was still in active standing. I fully expect to be paid for the commission you received on my account.

As some people in this thread seem only interested in arguing and leveling personal attacks, my further participation will be limited to status updates as promised earlier - I look forward to resolving this in a timely manner and apologize for any confusion my actions may have caused prior to now. As suggested by several members via private message, I would like to let everyone know that any and all further updates will be posted at www.casinocashunlimited.com; there is no need to clutter these forums with personal arguments.

A few parting words:

Thank you to everyone who has gone out of their way to make helpful suggestions; it may not be evident how much I appreciate a break from the hostility. Also, account information can no longer be updated as this would defeat the purpose of current identity verification tactics. Please understand that I believe my request for ID verification is a reasonable (and logical) one, and is by no means an attempt to cheat anyone out of anything. If your account/completions is/are unique and legitimate, and you have not violated our Terms & Conditions, you have nothing to worry about. Thank you.

I think this guy is truly sorry for what he's done. I bet he even pulled up a few extra sit N go's while he was changing his address and name to fakes and taking down his website.

What are the current Vegas odds on FON paying people out? My bookie is giving me

yes +2400
no -2300

I think there is some value in that no line. Anyone else agree? My buddy who has been handicapping this has FON not paying at -7300. Don't wanna bet the whole roll on it though and be in a bridge jumping situation. Anyone know a good book that would let me parlay this with the Raiders losing this weekend?
