I don't think that there is any law to prevent CP from spreading a mixed game. As you know, the current management is very old school. They feel that a mixed game would be top-heavy, as it were, and they may have a point. They weren't all that enthusiastic about the $30/60 stud/8 game in '02, and there were several people who lost a lot of money in that game. Honestly, I can't think of anyone who is good at all four games, but I've been out of circulation for the larger part.
Even if they could legally, I don't think that CP would spread NLHE cash games, either. I think the only way that they would is if, say, Mystic Lake started offering NLHE cash games. |

That would have to be it. The nearest casino that offers poker is Treasure Island. That's a small room that's about an hour away. Turtle Lake is about an hour and a half away. Mystic doesn't have poker.
