This thread can be used for comments about the PPT Bay 101 tournament, or for continued statements on how bad the Corboy/Seif duo are for this event.

Re: PPT Bay 101 thread
How many times did they say the A high flush draw was the draw to the nuts with Howard holding a set.
I don't remember ever yelling at The Chad or VVP on TV. Ok, Maybe Vince ;~) |

Re: PPT Bay 101 thread
Shouldn't the producers wait until there's actually a call of an all-in on the side tables before showing what each player has? It kind of takes the suspense out of what's going to happen next if the show flips up the cards before the players do.
(And if this has already been covered in past episodes, then ignore this post.) |

[/ QUOTE ] That is really stupid. If the table isn't a spotlight, but they know what both players have, there's not much sense in showing them sitting there deciding whether to call or fold. |

Then why go to the side table at all until the all-in is called? [/ QUOTE ] They can "go" to the table whenever they want. Just start the edit after the all-in has been called. Since they know the hole cards, he obviously called, no reason to show him mulling it over. |

[/ QUOTE ] I don't disagree with that, but the way they covered it, they did show, for example, Randy Jensen mulling it over with the hole cards up on the screen. It just looked like the suspense was contrived. |

Re: PPT Bay 101 thread
What a TRICKY check to the raiser by Sunar flopping the nuts on a rainbow flop.
