Just deposited 40 but I did not get the matching bonus...is there something I'm missing? I bought chips and everything...this happen to anyone else?

try buying chips in the cashier or loggin out, then in again.

Are you using the downloaded casino or the instant play one?
They only credit the bonus if you're using the downloaded software.
