Re: results
Wow..that IS a weird hand. I can see why you checked the turn after he called the flop bet so fast.
After you checked the turn, he might've put you on KK-JJ and just tried to value bet there on after. I probably would've just made value bets on the turn and river after him calling the flop bet so quickly. |

Re: results
Pot, pot would be an ok line as a bluff but it is terrible as a value bet in that game. Two pot bets will get you to fold any worse hand and quite possibly a better one.

Re: 10/25 live: weird betting from a greek guy
If your image was weak/tight would he not only call a cr on the river with a better hand u think? I don't know so many ppl think a cr here is the best option. Lead blocking the river is a decent option IMO.

If you were at that game or know that game, I'm the American hippie dude who got hit with the deck. As I said, trip report to come. |

Re: results
creedofhubris I talked to you!!! You were on the table at the back right, I was on the table in front of yours, the 5/10 game. At one point you were standing talking to someone and I came up to you and said something like "Don't tell me you're busto, I heard you ran 2k up to 20 grand" and then you said something and then I walked off to the washroom.
Congrats on the win and you look awesome + kind of goofy :P |

[/ QUOTE ] If you make it a thousand on the river A10 probably folds unless you are especially wild; very few players will c/r bluff the river in that game. It is not a wild game and players are cautious in small pots. |
