Looks like this could be the year of Negreanu. Things seem to be really going his way and he appears really psyched to put up a good battle. It would not surprise me to see him in the thick of things for the rest of the tournament. He deserves this one.

It's time for a Professional and known player to take the tournament down.

He has an excellent blog too. I really like it, it really gives you somewhat of a feel of what his daily life is like.

Sounds about right to me. He's about 266-1 based on chip count, so I'd say 125-1 isn't unreasonable.

Bad luck can certainly destroy even the best of players, but with the amount of chips he has acquired, he will be able to go out and play a strong game and take charge of the tables that he is at. He will be able to take a few hits and still be in this thing. He's still a longshot as everybody is with a field of about 1200, but his skills will take him far in this one.

Shhhhhhhhh. I was asking the OP. Last year there was a guy who offered 4-1 odds Ivey would win it all and even money he'd FT when there something like 100 people left (although I think he backed out). I was hoping we could get something like that going again.
