Buy 'Sklansky on poker.' It has some good essays in the beginning, and the last half is a book David wrote on Razz.

That book has everything the average player would ever need to know to beat the game, its the definitive answer.

AFAIK, there are only two books that cover Razz in any depth:
- Sklansky on Poker (probably hard to find in B&M stores, but should be available online)
- Hellmuth's Play Poker Like the Pros

Allegedly "Championship Stud" by Stern, McEvoy, and Johnson has Razz info, but I haven't read it.

I completely agree with the other posters who recommended "Sklansky on Poker". It's excellent.
