Debate-Small to Med Pocket Pairs -Preflop action

This is a general post to discuss and debate playing small to med pocket pairs.
I am going to put down a few situations but feel free to deviate from the post in anyway that you would like.
For each of the following what would you do with 9-9, 6-6 and 3-3.
1.On the button folded to you-
2.On the button with 3 callers before you-
3.On the button with a raiser in earliy mid position-
b)On the button with two callers and then raised-
4.In middle position folded to you-
5.In middle position with a caller or two-
6.In middle position with a single raiser-
7.In early position without any action-
8.I am also interested in how people play these cards out of the blinds
a. against a steal attempt from someone who been attempting this a few time to many.
b.folded around to you in the smallblind?

I am looking for some of the better 2+2 ers as well as some of the worse 2+2ers to comment on these hands.
