Non-gay fashion advice needed for my new shoes
I bought some shoes at the Wrentham Outlets in MA today. Need some advice on how to wear them.
Exhibit A: Merrill World Access $70 These will be primarily worn with scrubs at work. Scrub color is faggy hospital sky blue. Are white socks acceptable here or should I go dark/dress sock. Exhibit B: Puma Kugel Brown Shoe $40 only instead of tan it's a solid brown, and instead of a white stripe/accent it has black, so it really doesn't have as much contrast as the shoe above. This will be worn for semi-formal going out to places. my question is, will this pass as a shoe for getting into clubs with dress code issues, or does it still qualify as a sneaker? Also, could someone give me a run down on the black shoes/brown shoes rules. What can you wear with what? Jeans, Black Pants, khakis, should the belt match. And again what kind of sock should I wear. Looking forward to general comments on my selection as well as finding out what other people are sporting. Feel free to turn this into an obscure trendy shoe brag post thread. ps. I also have a pair of Puma Red Liga Suedes $60 and a pair of Adidas Black Shelltoes $60 both of which are worn for more casual purposes or with my baller wigger track suits |

The first shoes are ugly and anyone, gay or straight, can tell you that.
The rest are OK. My favorites are the brown Pumas. |

The rest are pretty standard/boring, but won't cause you to look too "gay" or "faggy" I suppose. I think the Pumas still count as sneakers, but it probably depends on how hip/snobbish the club you're going to is. |

I agree first ones are hideous. [/ QUOTE ] I think you people are failing to note the cool world map on the sole. and while worn they have a much lower profile. also mine have white stitching instead of black. |

There might be times where you have to fight crime or save someone's life or kick some ass and with those stupid slip ons, you won't be doing anything. |

Re: Non-gay fashion advice needed for my new shoes
This is my first experiment with slip-ons. I was reluctant at first after trying on some with no back at all. These seem to have a little ridge, and it's nice just to know it's there. Another advantage of the sole is that it's very flat, which is good for when I step in dogshit. Scraping dogshit out of deep treads is a pain in the ass.
