For 6max you'll most likely level off at 30/20 or so. That said, your VPIP and PFR look fine. Is your AF total including preflop? If so, thats fine. If its just postflop you might wanna get that a little higher, but dont just concentrate on bumping stats, do what's natural.
As for the hand, I'd check behind on the turn and call a small bet on the river. A few reasons would be to keep the pot small because you only have a very mediocre hand, and to allow him to bluff on the river if he's got air. Gets you a cheap showdown.

Checking the turn and calling a small bet sounds reasonable, I was trying to avoid giving a free card to a straight draw or if somehow he made it to the turn with clubs. Thanks for the response.
