Final Pot: $12.75 This turn card is very bad card and I totally gave up because I put him pocket pair. If I bet I don't think he folding pockets, but also he may raise with higher pockets and force me fold out. On the river I have to c/f anyway if I don't hit my 7-outer. If I hit then probably I can't get any bet from him. So, I decided to check and look what he doing. He bets but what would be the best play. I folded because I have 7 outs - one four, three kings, three aces and as I already mentioned, if I hit one of them, then probably I can't get anything from him on the river (If my read is correct). But how about check-raising? This bet is too small and it means weak or strong hand and looks like the action end right here. If I raise, he folds or he shoves to my raise and I fold. What would be the best play here? All comments are welcome! |

[/ QUOTE ] its a daring play and I like your logic but Im not apt to do that here very often. If he does have small pp is there a chance that he might call? I think you can give up and find a better spot. |

Really any play is okay (sorry I know it's not the most exciting answer). You can rep here or you can choose to wait for another spot depending on your read on him and your read on yourself. The only caveat is that if you two-barrel, you absolutely have to three-barrel.

Folding or re-raising are both fine, depends on the flow of the game. If he calls your re-raise def check/fold the river though.

fold or c/r is fine. He probably doesn't call but 99+, he's a nit and you're repping a very big hand so all it comes down to is how he views you.
