Default 25NL good time to snap a bluff?

No reads on villain. I'm new to the table.

$0.1/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
9 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$25.00</font>)
UTG+1 (<font color="#0000cc">$25.00</font>)
MP1 (<font color="#0000cc">$12.75</font>)
MP2 (<font color="#0000cc">$6.55</font>)
MP3 (<font color="#0000cc">$49.95</font>)
CO (<font color="#0000cc">$5.00</font>)
BTN (<font color="#0000cc">$7.95</font>)
SB (<font color="#0000cc">$39.45</font>)
BB (<font color="#0000cc">$7.65</font>)
[CO posted $0.25]

Pre-flop: ($0.6, 9 players) Hero is UTG K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#777777">4 folds</font>, CO checks, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $0.5</font>, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25

I'm still working on EP limps with things like KQs/KJs. This is probably one of my fuzziest areas preflop. If people know if this is -EV, please let me know.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.75, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks

I thought about stabbing here, but opted not to, with the plan to stab at a blank turn.

Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.75, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $1</font>, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font>, SB calls $0.75

This is more of an information raise than anything. I want to be able to get out if I'm reraised, but I'm thinking that this should take the pot down now.

River: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($3.75, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $3</font>, Hero calls $3

This whole line looked weird to me if he was on a 4. I also didn't buy that he held an ace (what ace is calling the turn raise on that board?) I put him on a busted diamond draw and called.

All suggestions/comments welcome.

I'd raise a little bigger on turn cause this looks a lot like an attempt to take down the pot cheaply here. In fact I'd raise him with ATC in that spot.
The river changes this a lot, that drastic change in betting size + betting the river again after being raised on the turn really makes me think this A helped him which would also fit with his tiny PF raise. He could easily do this with like AJ or AQ IMO...

I probably lead the flop. You'll get action from pps between QQ-55. As played, I agree that the turn raise should be larger even if you want information. I probably call the river too, and expect to see a busted Axd a large amount of the time.
