15 pounds in 30 days. Doable?
My buddy and I like to make goofy prop bets (nothing major, usually $5-20) and he said with his advise he could help me lose 15 pounds in 1 month. I said there is no way this is possible given my stats (5'8'' 160, 16-18% body fat, fairly inactive lifestyle, 23yo going on 24), but I'd consider it a challenge.
Do you guys think this is possible? Should I give him odds? |

Sounds pretty unhealthy at that weight. I think you could do it if you didnt hafta keep the weight off tho
