It's hard to say when you have no reads, but usually a solid player 4 bet PF with QQ KK under blind stealing circumstances. Since you hold an Ace, it's less likely that your opponent has AA. I think you are ahead of KJ QJ PP (non set) quite often to make it a profitable play. Again, since there is no read, my advice is heavy based on the blind stealing situation. If he is somewhat tight, it's a fold

you have to get it in in both hands. If you don't really want to get it in you should consider checking the flop. But there are 8 cards you don't want to see so betting should be standard.

You don't have to, but like I said, unless you have good reads, otherwise I would shove

The pot is already more than a quarter of the remaining stacks, what is, under normal circumstances, an easy decision to get it in with TPTK. This board is very dry, meaning you should be less likely to get it in, but I'd still shove hand 1, b/c hand 2.
