If you're button I like pushing; too many donks see a 3-bet from the button as a steal attempt. With no read and this betting pattern I think he's a donk and his range is probably 88+, AJ+ (sometimes much worse, though). If you're not button I give him a tighter range, say TT+, AQ+. You're slightly ahead of this too. If you're calling it's obviously for set value, if you 4-bet, what's the intention? I'm pretty sure all the chips go in if any go in. This early I'd rather fold than call or 4-bet. I think I'm pushing with QQ here though.

people can get pretty dumb, jam the first time and make a note.
