As in all microstakes, we have to call down if we have a decent hand, cos players call with all kinds of junk. But how about for this case? Too much aggression that should indicate me to fold? I believe that it's very possible their ranges could be AK, JJ+. But the pot is already so big, so how do I judge when do have to call it down? Any advice is appreciated. |

Fold, don't post the final result, it doesn't mean anything
against this field you are a underdog |

But the pot is already so big, so how do I judge when do have to call it down? [/ QUOTE ] Usually, the rule of thumb is don't fold decent hands in big pots for one bet. When it's two bets to you, you should at least think about what they could possibly be betting and raising with and if you can beat it. In this case, with 4 to a straight being there on the river, it really looks like people either have the straight, or are making dumb bluffs that won't work. The only way you win this hand is if MP and Button are making those dumb bluffs, or if they each made a worse two pair on the river and got excited. I think it's a pretty good indication that one of them has a straight when it's two back to you, especially with how passive MP has been in the hand (cold called 2 preflop and 3 on the flop). He is going to have a straight a lot of the time. |

Folt the flop. Vil has a straight WTF? [/ QUOTE ] Nobody has a straight on the flop? Uhm, anyway, I'm not sure why you bet out there. I think you've got to assume you're beat with any ten and AK (which someone had as well, a very plausible hand read) so, I just c/c here and hope they're just firing nothing, just me though. |

flop is a bet
river is an easy check and re-eval. AK just pulled ahead. Definitely fold after it gets bet, raised and reraised. What two hands do you think you beat? |

Button raises to 3.00, HERO calls 2.00, MP raises to 2.00, [/ QUOTE ] How do you raise from 3.00 to 2.00? just teasing... I'd fold to the raise and reraise. I'd probably call one bet, but when there's a raise and a reraise and four to a straight on the board, I wave bye-bye and wish the others the best of luck. |
