Lost Windows XP Discs, Would like to Install Parallels on my Mac
I lost the Windows XP Home Edition CD that went with my laptop. I would like to install Parallels with Windows XP on my Intel Mac so I can use Poker Tracker. Is there anyway to rip Windows XP from my laptop onto a disc so I can install it with Parallels? Parallels said an ISO disc image would work too. Not sure what that is...

You can call your laptop manufacturer for a disk. If it was retail, then you can call microsoft for a disk.

Running the same license key copy of XP on your laptop and on your Mac is a no no. Running XP on your Mac after giving away the laptop if it is still running XP is a no no.
You might be able to find a computer store that sells OEM versions with some kind of hardware for less than the retail version. |
