Default NL25 - AK oop with history

Villain seems like a decent player but not great. I haven't seen him showdown many cards so I have no idea what he bets with. He's running 30.4/19/1.78 over 79 hands.

I've played two decent size pots with him:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

UTG ($24.30)
MP ($5.10)
Button ($50.80)
Hero ($26.60)
BB ($25.95)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.25</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $2.25.

Flop: ($6.75) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, Button calls $5.

Turn: ($16.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, Button folds.

Final Pot: $16.75

No showdown. Hero wins $16.75.

Button ($55.45)
Hero ($28.75)
BB ($37.15)
UTG ($7.65)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: ($6.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $8.5</font>, Hero calls $4.25.

Turn: ($23.75) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, Button checks.

River: ($23.75) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $7</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $23.75

Results in white below:
Button doesn't show.
Outcome: Button wins $23.75.

I think I butchered the AQ, I probably should have folded to his minraise on the flop.

A few hands later this happens:

<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $24</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

And also, is the initial $10 ok?

fold to the min raise especially OOP.

in the last hand, I would c/c the turn and c/f river. The reason being that if he's floating you, by betting, you'll fold out the crap that he's holding and will fire out the turn with. So really, your bet is only going to get raised/called by something better.

On the river, I would fold to another bet of his because if he has air, he's probably not going to fire out a 2nd barrel and he's not going to call with air.

On the last hand reraise to 3.5 pre. As played, fold to the push on the turn. There are lots of hands he can show up with that beat you and if hes decent you beat very little.

Thanks guys. BTW, I'm not asking for help on the first 2 hands, I just posted them to give you an idea of his play because I thought the AQ hand was very similar to the AK one.
