2/5 Live QQ facing blind flop push

Playing at the Orleans. Straddle pot, a couple of limpers, I make it 50 in the HJ with QQ. Villain, a really fat guy in the BB calls. He's been playing for about an hour. Playing a bit loose-passive, but hasn't really gotten out of line. Straddler calls as does one of the limpers. 4 to the flop with the pot about 210.

Before the flop is dealt, villain pushes for 200. Flop is Kxx. Folds to me.

any tells to go on? prob have to call here, given the pot is laying 2:1 and underpairs are signifant part of his range.
