Bad run or bad play?
I have just had the worst luck at $.50/$1.00. Let me begin by saying I am now unprofitable in ring games and my poker tracker stats are V$IP 19.89 Agression 2.00 and PFR 9.1.
According to Poker tracker I've gotten pocket aces 37 times and I have a net average of -$96.75!. My most profitable hand is QQ at a net of $86.80 at 16 times and then KK at a net of $48.80 at 13 times. Some of my bad beats include sets broken to quads, flushes out drawn to higher flushes, two pairs outdrawns to better two pairs and Aces outdrawn left and right. Im protecting pots when i should, slow playing when i should. It seems everytime I'm losing money its on the river with a slim to none chance of losing. And yet I've lost 12 out of the past 14 major pots i've played. How do you deal with this? Is my play flawed? How do you keep your cool!? Has this happened to anyone before? |

Sounds like a small sample size. If you're that worried about it just move back down.

Re: Bad run or bad play?
When you're stats look like that, its usually a bad run. Unless you suck, then you just suck. J/k, but, on my bad days, thats what my stats are like. Losing with AA, KK< QQ, AK..and then you look at what you won..and its that 5-8 suited you called a raise with and shouldnt of and sucked out on the river cuz you were tilting so bad.
