In the last 3 nights i have had 4 hours of sleep. I have taken no drugs and have tried to go to sleep everynight. I have no idea whats wrong with me and this has never happened before. [censored].

[/ QUOTE ] First night i just couldnt fall asleep. laid in bed for prob 3 hours till i gave up as the sun rose and the day was compltely normal. second night i figured i would pass out. Again laid in bed till around 4 and slept till 8. Again i was completely fine all day. Tonight i laid in bed for maybe 2 hours till i gave up again 20 minutes ago. |

Right now however my eyes feel like they are being rubbed with sandpaper everytime i blink. I really dont want to go to sleep till tonight though cause i dont want to get on a sleep all day stay up all night schedule. |

I must advise you, forcing yourself to stay awake in the position you're in right now can contribute to insomnia. If you've been awake for basically 4 days (minus the short naps) you'll pass out for awhile and you should just let yourself.

Uh... Hm. What time is it where you're at? You could a) either wait til the afternoon and pass out and wake up sunday morning, or b) wake up at 5 this evening and stay awake til sunday night.
