This is a good spot to Sharkscope him and call a losing player IMO.

what if villain reraises to 350 or so...
do we shove knowing we have little FE or do we fold knowing that... |

This is a good spot to Sharkscope him and call a losing player IMO. [/ QUOTE ] I like to get a 'sharkscope read' on this type of hand also. But I usually feel solid enough to muck it without much hesitation and play for a few more levels. There are better spots. I've called here with AK plenty of times, and usually afterwards I think to myself it just increases variance and I should have played poker instead of looking for an early double up that could easily be a coinflip. |

Just because he is a loser doesn't mean he does this with enough worse Aces, but yes if he is a monster loser, by all means call.
JJ is so much better in this spot. I instacall with it. |

Ya, I'm most worried about 77-99 here.

I'm not sure how much SS will help here. Anyone one whoever does this is obviously a losing player.

Re: (24) o rly? weird spot with AKo...
I've done this twice in STTs. Both times against ego-driven maniacs who I played against a lot and was very certain would not be able to find a fold. I had AA both times, obv. One called with 44, the other called with AQ. Both early for full starting stacks.
But yeah, he's a donk until proven otherwise (I am NOT a donk, m'kay ). It's usually a small PP or random Q4o type hand when these get called. Easy fold, obviously. |
