Hello every one, i just read Dan Harringtons books. It is indeed a wonderfull read but i tend to be an aggressive player and even if i understand really well Dan's advices they do not really fit my style. So i m looking for a book about no limit hold em of the same quality as Harrington's books but from the point of view of an aggressive player.
I looked around the internet and the forum but aggressive is a word used almost every sentence so i m looking for advices here, the more the merrier. Thank you all |

By the way, Lindgren is definitely not the quality of Harrington.

Look, I haven't read it yet, but for a pure LAP and a better book, (didn't like the Lindgren much), have heard great things about Ted Forrest Chapter in the new FTP book, and good things about the Gavin Smith chapter. Anyone who has read it? (most of the rest of book supposed to be good also, Grey chapter weak)

i see the comments about lidgren on amazon are interesting, it doesn't seem on par with Dan H books and the second half of the book is about what to do with money (that i can figure it out myself thank you ) but overall the comments says it is worth a read and brings some insightfull advices about aggressive play.
I m still not settled on which one to read, with a slight favor over Synder Any other advice anyone? |

If you play tournaments, the Snyder book is great.

If you play tournaments, the Snyder book is great. [/ QUOTE ] Snyder's book is definitely laggier style than most of Harrington. The Full Tilt book is also good because you get different (sometimes contridictory) viewpoints from different good players. |

I think Angel Largay's book takes a more aggressive approach than Harrington if you are interested NL cash games, but the quality doesn't approach that of a 2+2 book.
I would LOVE a LAG NLHE cash game book published by 2+2. Please make it happen Mason. Maybe you could talk one of the guys from cardrunners or a LAG player from our forums to write one. (I'm assuming that the Miller book will be from a TAG viewpoint) |
