88 w/ 3 callers. c-bet flop with overcards?
You open 88 UTG 5-handed and get 3 loose callers. Flop is AK3 with 2 diamonds (you have a diamond). SB and BB check. Do you continuation bet here? check/fold? check/call if 2 fold? I don't know what to do.

So somebody has position on you? I c-bet here and give up to any action... if only the small or bb call I bet/fold the turn and take a free river

Give it up. Next hand. |

[ QUOTE ] I would check/fold. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] Just checking, but you guys do realize that there is only one player left to act here, and that the SB/BB just called, not coldcalled, right? The question is kinda awkwardly phrased hence me wanting to post that. I don't think a bet is horrible here but I can't fault those who say they check and fold if the one player who has position on you bets. I'd actually bet often though depending on any specific reads I had. Rob |
