Bodog Clearance Delays
I have seen threads about Bodog cashout issues (checks bouncing and so forth), but I still have deposits pending from April 11th. Of course, I cannot cashout until these deposits clear. Here is the email response I got.
** Cliff's notes at the bottom __________________________________________________ _________ Dear Mr. X, Thank you for your response. In all honesty we do not know when these Instant Deposit By Check's are going to start clearing in our system. We have been informed that the reason why these deposits are taking so long is that with this new processor, each deposit, from all Bodog customer's that have used the Instant Deposit By Check method, is being processed manually. With the old system, each deposit was put through electronically, in which the turnaround was more efficient. We promise you that we are working around the clock to resolve this issue and hope to be able to provide our normal Bodog Customer Service to our clients once again. As stated before we do not have a specific time frame but we do anticipate that it will not be too much longer. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
