Default memory upgrade questions

I have a Dell Dimension 8400 and want to upgrade my memory to the max without spending too much.

I have four slots that currently have two 0.5 GB memory cards. My machine could handle four 1.0 GB cards, which is what I want to do.

I started looking at compatible memory and this 1GB memory looks like it might be a good deal, but I don't know much about things like ECC and if 533 mhz is as fast as I can get at a reasonable price.

Anyone have opinions on this?

Anything else I should know before buying memory? - I've never installed it before, but it seems easy enough.

www.crucial.com

I'd buy memory from somewhere that has a warranty and a track record, personally.
