Default Surprisingly good email from Interpoker support

Dear BWD,

Thank you for contacting the Platinum Club.
First of all congratulations for such a great hand.
Unfortunately, We do not have a Royal Flush Award at the moment, but being a valued member of the Platinum Club and in order to award your hand I have credited a $100 cash on your account .
Congratulations again and I sincerely hope this amount will bring you luck at our tables.
Should you need further information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kindest regards

Donato

So, emailed them, asking whether they have a Royal flush bonus...

Very nice of them, not a huge amount, but good gesture on their part.

BWD -

I don't know how long you have been in the Platinum Club, but their support is excellent. They always provide quick and intelligent email responses, as well as being available 24/7 by phone. Quite a difference between them and Interpoker's regular support which is horrible.

It's a damn shame I cant play there anymore.
