I'm really not so sure about even folding the flop here. Just because villain min bets then other villain min raises does not mean they have AJ beat. It's 4 handed for starters which makes it extremely unlikely for them to have limped/checked the BB w/ AK/AQ. So it's either hatherley has A7 for a limp, which is likely or Q7 or 77. 77 probably doesn't min raise the flop, so you are losing to two hands. 4 handed, I would've raised pre. On the flop, I think raising 2 ppl is still a fine play. It's an $11 sng on the bubble and you have tp2ndkicker. You have to be more aggressive on the bubble as there are 2 shorties and you're trying to accumulate chips.

but yeah, i'm with vers. with no raises PF, I wouldn't see how you don't have the best hand at that point. 4 Handed, and with the big stack just limping and not taking advantage of position, I don't see how you don't push that PF or on the Flop imo.
