Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
At this point I have about 20 hands of knowledge on the Villain. And his stats, meaningless though they are, are 31/9/1.2

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
I would cap the flop. This guy three-bet preflop so I can't put him on an 8 or 2. I'd play the turn and river the same, I think. Villain may have Ax of diamonds maybe? KK also.

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
*grunch*
I'm figuring pocket Kings or Queens is what this villain has. I'd check and call the turn after the King hits, and the river as well. |

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
Readless, I dont think an 8 is in his 3-betting range. And I also think his range is wider than KK. After the turn raise, I probably call down also and expect to win this pot most of the time.

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
After reading through, I'm putting this guy on AKs or KK
I don't think he'd be so aggro when the K falls if he had QQ. If he has KK he has a boat beating any flush, and AKs gives him the nut flush, so I see him goin for it here.. I think a reraise on the flop would be good, and as played just call it down.. IMHO you'd win this pot often enough to make it profitable, but I suspect you'd lose it a lot too! (just good pot odds..) -Chry |

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
Pop the flop again and take it from there.

cap the flop, otherwise fine. I put him JJ-AA or Pocketidiots. |

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
Yep, I definately should have put the extra bet in on the flop.
The Villain showed AKo - Top pair Top kicker. At the Turn, I had him on KK |

Re: AA against aggressive reraiser.
Grunch
Cap the flop - Its unlikely he has an 8 or a 2. I would put him on AA-QQ, AKs-AJs Turn - If he does have AK he might be raising to push off AA by representing KK. I would probably 3-bet then c/c if he capped. River - With the flush card out I would probably check call as well |
