How do you get a hold of UB customer support, emailed them over 15 times in a span of a week, and no response.
I had 3 separate issues with them, and they won't respond to my emails. |

[/ QUOTE ] Ultimate Bet frequently does this when someone has a problem they don't feel like solving. If you have an affiliate I suggest that you get them involved. |

i have this same issue going on. i changed my SN once like you're allowed to do and was promised it wouldn't affect my rakeback but apparently it did. UB never sent my affiliate any RB money since my SN change, actually starting from 2 weeks before it. i got super pissed and e-mailed my affiliate and UB about 30 times, and my affiliate assured me it was UB and not them. So for over a month now i've been e-mailing UB and they keep telling me it's my affiliate's problem and i should get them involved. (obv. not true) so my aff. started e-mailing them tons and was promised a resolution within a week. that never happened. UB finally e-mails me and tells me they're "looking into it."
lucky for me my affiliate rocks and we're working about a different kind of deal. but i have told EVERY person i know that's thinking about playing online to not play there just because of their customer service. it wouldn't be AS bad if they replied within a week. sorry for the rant, just wanted to share a horror story. |

I deposited $500, it came out of neteller, but didn't show up in my UB account. 3 weeks, 10ish emails...FINALLY cleared up thanks to neteller taking "care of" the issue for me. Long story short, I no longer play there. |

UB's support is among the worst in the industry. It's something you either deal with or you play elsewhere.

I sent a simple email asking if they accepted myCitadel Express Pay, and its been over a week now without an official response. My message was forwarded to the appropriate department. Pretty simple question.
