So what\'s really so great about UB software?
For the longest time, all I've heard was "UB SOFTWARE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!"
I've recently started playing there, and I am just wondering what the fuss is all about... Other than the very quick dealing of cards, I really don't see any way it is superior to any other site? I don't like the action button layout at all... the table lists are nothing special and often lock up while loading or scrolling... on the top right quadrant of the table, it often looks like the dealer button is sitting next to the wrong player... I've seen some SERIOUS bugs during MTT's... What really makes UB software so great? |

It is fast with large cards. The layout of the table is pretty good too.
The only thing bad about the software is the hand histories are a bit of a pain. |

Edit: Also, forget trying to listen to p2p radio while using the software........screws the stream up. |

Re: So what\'s really so great about UB software?
Mini view is great (although it does take some getting used to).
The S&G waiting list feature is also tremendous. Instead of searching around for S&G's with open seats, only to have someone beat you to it as you are loading the table, you just put yourself on a S&G waiting list for the game and stakes you want. When there are enough people for a tourney, off you go. |

Re: So what\'s really so great about UB software?
It's fast. More hands/hr = more $$$. Also, the fast deals tend to exacerbate tilt (and you should be on tilt less often than your opponents, right?).

You are always seated in the same place, which for me makes it easier to focus for multitabling. Cards are big enough to see without using the abomination known as the 4 color deck. Stats are given for each table, not by session. You see your points earned as you earn them. UB is nowhere near my favorite site(haven't played there in awhile) but for software they rule. |
