Default What to do with a large cash position

My sister has a large cash position (mostly retirement funds) after selling off some proprietary, high fee funds that her former financial advisor sold her.

She is 44, single, owns her own home, makes $100k or so. She has sat on her cash (in a moneymarket account) for almost a year, but has been waiting for a market dip to get back in.

Should she wait any longer, or start dollar cost averaging?

I'll put up a poll just for fun.

If she has no use for the cash in the near future (within at least 5-7 years), get it in. And get it in quick.
