Re: Another AA hand (plo 200)
I agree with Pii on the re-raise. I definitely think your hand is "appropriate for defending your blind," but I think you gain much more deception by calling rather than re-raising, which I'd really prefer doing with a nice wrap rather than AA just for deception reasons.
I think that's really a matter of taste, however. Anyhow, I go ahead and push that flop unless he's a rock. You're obviously in big trouble to QQ, but I think you're actually ahead here quite often (QJT9, etc.) or coinflippish (3567 for example). I think pushing is best unless he's turning over QQ or 44 at least 20% of the time. You're probably also somewhat worse than 2:1 against Q4, but that's a pretty bizarre hand to have in a re-raised pot. I think you may also run into another AA (which is almost certainly behind) or KK (taking a stab) a lot of the time. |

Re: Another AA hand (plo 200)
looks like your beat but youre committed.. id play it the same postflop.. Id just call preflop too but thats because I never repop like that with hands other than AA with those kind of stacks so I dont do it with AA either.

Re: Another AA hand (plo 200)
You're way too deep to be re-raising AAxxss here. A call is fine here
Push the flop as Aithesis said, your two pair is probably still good here |

Re: Another AA hand (plo 200)
i dont know why people are saying you're ahead here. youre behind about 99% of the time. and you're lucky if you have 4 outs.

Re: Another AA hand (plo 200)
Say you just call preflop and the flop is the same. How do you play it? If you say check assume that the preflop raiser bets pot and it's folded around to you.
