Buying TV's in Bulk?

A buddy of mines mom owns a small bar. They are relocating to a larger location and want to buy some new TVs. I think he said about 8 regular flat screen TVs (tubes) and a couple larger LCD TVs.

Do you think he should try to buy them online and getting a deal from a website? Don't you think he could also go into Best Buy and tell them he would like a deal buying that many TVs at once?

I told him to find a model he wants, look it up on Price Grabber, and then email every store that carries it and tell them what he wants to do and see what they say.

Any other advice? I figured someone on here would have some insight.
