Default Can someone clarify a ruling / penalty please??

What is the penalty to a player who declares his/ her hand while the action is still in play - will the player who declares his/her hand lose the pot or just have a time out from the table?

Does the penalty differ between say wsop and a wpt tourney??

There is a huge difference between declaring a hand and exposing a card. exposing a card is a 20-min penalty, IIRC. Declaring your hand.... is that an actual penalty or just another ettiquette violation?

the pertinant part. [ QUOTE ]
# Verbally disclosing the contents of your hand or advising a player how to play a hand may result in a penalty, in Harrah´s discretion.
