NL100: Pre-flop calling reraise line check
30 hands in the table. No specific reads from the two, but the whole table seems kind of donkish.
Party Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 6 players Converter Stack sizes: Hero: $98.50 UTG+1: $20 CO: $162 Button: $111.75 SB: $140.67 BB: $208.58 Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero raises to $4, UTG+1 folds, CO raises to $12, Button folds, SB calls, BB folds, Hero... P.S. Re: NL100: Pre-flop calling reraise line check
Fold. The raise is just fine but most peoples reraising ranges are pretty small and against an unknown you are probably in a world of hurt right now.

Re: NL100: Pre-flop calling reraise line check
I would not want to play 10Js in a reraised pot OOP with a relatively shallow stack. Fold.

Re: NL100: Pre-flop calling reraise line check
I would like to point out that SB cold called the reraised pot. I don't know whether any one noticed this yet. Me being OOP and only reraiser in the pot this clearly is a fold.

Re: NL100: Pre-flop calling reraise line check
I'm propably beating a dead horse here, but these kind of situations are unclear to me.
[*]What kind of pot odds do I need to make this kind of call pre-flop? Now I have to call 8$ and pot contains 29$. [*]How does your position change the needed pot odds. In the example hand my post-flop position is in the middle. [*]What kind of hands? The example hand is maybe the best suited connector to make your draw. Negative side is that broadway cards can make someones set here. |
