Right click on the new avatar and "Copy Image Address"

Then click on My Home (near top of 2+2 page, then Edit personal settings, and paste (Ctrl+V) the address of your new avatar where the old one is.

I right click the picture, and there is no "copy address" just "copy" and when I go to my home, and press ctrl v, nothing happens...

Hey Stuey, thanks for the avatar lessons in this thread. I'm a huge Anaheim Ducks fan and I've been working on some avatars for hockey board I'm on. Unfortunately the site has a retarded 20K limit so I can't do much of anything with animations, but I thought I'd show off what I've made. Most of the animated gif's are too big to use on the site except the last one of Jerome Iginla getting a whooping. The Getzlaf one is pretty damn sick and I wish I could use it...

With a 20K limit I bet this is one of the best avatars on that site. Very good job getting the file size down and keeping the action interesting.

Thanks. I actually am going to see if I can edit out the referee tonight to clean it up. I think it should be easy.

Eww, a ducks fan? Just kidding.

20k is a ridiculously low limit.

I don't know if it would work, but let's say you made the avatar down to 60x60 or even smaller, then blew it back up to 80x80. Obviously it would lose some detail, but it would also be more compressible, and maybe even lose a few kb here or there.

Taking the ref out might give you an extra frame or two if you make the ice all white.

Well, I'm using Paint Shop Pro for these and they have like 4 different levels of quality I can compress them to and that works out pretty well. I got that one to 3 frames and then downgraded a notch or two and it made it just under 20K.

Oh, and in case you didn't notice, the Ducks are [censored] ruling this year. No losses in regulation in 12 games. Unreal, especially considering they haven't been playing all that great yet.
