Dear village,

Herbie is still evil for pretty much the same reasons I mentioned on day one. My day one reasoning on Herbie stands because I was basically just trying to be a villager since a) I need evils lynched too, specifically Sauron, b) if I got into trouble lynch wise I could always just claim Gollum and threaten to out your hobbits so I'm not as concerned about survivability as much as a wolf is. The fact that Herbie feels the need to point out that he was "right" about me today reinforces my read.
