Over the past year Pokerstars has never gone 24 hours without responding to an e-mail of mine. I send them one about this and 3 days later they have not responded.

I think we can have faith in stars support taking the allegations seriously so I guess they are taking the time to investigate the situation thoroughly before making any comment.

I sent an email today as I'm almost positive they are bots. Here's the response:

Hello Ryan,

Thank you for your email.

I fully appreciate where you are coming from and your concerns with the
players in question. I have forwarded your email to our Department that
deals with bot issues so that they can look into this matter and see if the
players in question are in fact using bot software. We will then take the
appropriate action against these players.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

they did not reply to me yet, it is conforting they are investigating the issue.
I have played at least 4 different ho chi min dudes today, I am positive too they are bots.

They just replied to me similarly to what they said to Ryan.
they also said they are uware of this thread...
Maybe they are aware of wickss thread too and he will be their new face!
