i dont get it. the news people discovered years ago that the majority of people feed off other's misery and pain.

in here, the extreme minority is feeding off of brian's misery.......op and jaydub.

i'll bet at least half the people feel the same way as the op and jaydub but are too scared to admit it.

there is no way in hell that the majority in here is being "real". its human nature to feed off of other peoples pain.

i'm personally glad to see brian struggle for a change. not to feed off his pain but to prove that poker can be a vicious game that no matter how good u play, the cards can be incredibly cruel.

i personally have been a pro for over 3 years. its never been easy for me. i built up fairly well from nothing and then the last 6 months have demolished my bankroll by 90%. i dropped down as i lost and now i'm at the embarrasing levels compared to what i used to play. people in this forum said its because i sucked. yep, i been lucky for 3 years and now all my bad play is catching up with me but i'll bet u cant find one player in my area who says i suck. they'll all tell u i'm a tight solid player with a ton of patience and discipline.

with that being said, i guess the poker phenom brian townsend sucks too.

didnt mike matusow say that a good poker player raises and hits the flop and a bad poker player raises and misses the flop completely?

i was playing the other day and this guy was sucking out a few times and people on the table was saying that he was playing good. i rarely say a word when i play but this time i had to say something. i said, "why is it when people are winning, they are playing good? this guy isnt playing good. he's gambling and winning......thats all."
