That's an awesome deal.

I would've probably tried to get him to go higher, but I certainly wouldn't actually turn down that deal.

From one family man to another, and another, I see this as a very nice and unselfish deal.
Especially after the little talk, I can fully appreciate, every one bought time w/ there loved ones.

I don't think pushing for an extra 10k or whatever is a nice thing to do here, I'd just take the fair deal being offered. Scores you some gentleman points as well, I'd feel slimy pushing for more.
